BetterYou™ Magnesium Flakes are a concentrated source of magnesium chloride designed for topical use in baths and foot soaks. Sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in Northern Europe, these flakes dissolve easily in warm water to create a magnesium-rich bathing experience.

Each 5kg bag provides approximately 600g of elemental magnesium.

Product Overview

BetterYou™ Magnesium Flakes contain Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl₂·6H₂O), solution-mined from mineral deposits located around one mile beneath the surface in the Netherlands.

These flakes are intended for external use only and are suitable for body baths and foot baths.

How to Use

Body Bath

Add 250g–500g to a warm bath and allow to dissolve fully.
For a more concentrated soak, higher quantities may be used.

Foot Bath

Add approximately 250g to 5 litres of warm water and soak feet as desired.

Foot baths may be reused 2–3 times if kept clean.
