It measures 50cm x 71cm (20" x 28"). The pad has cotton/silver earthing fabric on one face, a non-slip material on the back, and a soft quilting material in between.
This product set includes everything you need for use: the quilted pad, a 6m (20ft) coiled cord, and your choice of Earth connection.
Washing and care instructions
It is good to wash your grounding product.Ā It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial.Ā Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

Ā Ā Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40Ā°C / 105Ā°F)
Ā Ā Use a liquid laundry detergentĀ
Ā Ā Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65Ā°C / 150Ā°F)
Ā Ā Can be ironed on a low heat if desired
DON'Ts
Ā Ā Don't wash with bleach
Ā Ā Don't wash with fabric softeners
Ā Ā Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents
Ā Ā Don't use detergents with strong fragrances (either chemical or essential oil based)
Ā Ā Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
Ā Ā Don't dry clean
Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive.Ā Fabric softener builds up on the silver and will eventually ruin its conductive properties.Ā Please also check/clean the detergent drawer of your washing machine for residues of other detergents, since many detergents (particularly powders) contain whitening agents which will harm the silver, even in small quantities.
It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying oils or lotions to the skin.
